Holly Lodge is a beautifully appointed Georgian Grade II listed building.
The historic building dates back to the early 1800’s and oozes character and charm. We are a family run business that aims to offer you an enjoyable and comfortable stay, whether you are looking for a short city break, romantic weekend or a longer holiday, we can accommodate you.
We are ideally located, a short ten minute walk, or fifteen minute riverside stroll from the city centres attractions, whilst also conveniently located for the University, York Race course and the Designer Outlet.
Holly Lodge offers En suite bedrooms that are comfortable and well equipped with a TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities and WIFI in every room.
Guests can also make use of the delightful walled garden, which can be viewed from most of the rooms. Guaranteed onsite parking is also available within our walled grounds and is free of charge, a rare and valuable facility in the city of York.
